The next 48 hours hold a series of thunderstorms inducing heavy rainfall at times.  Periodic thunderstorms will be possible along a stalled out frontal boundary through Thursday morning.  A final push of rain as the system departs on Thursday afternoon is possible.  Widespread amounts of 2-3" are likely.  But it's possible isolated spots push north of 5" in the two day stretch. A Hemet man wearing a T-shirt declaring "I go hard" was arrested following a brief pursuit early Tuesday morning, officials said.
